Privacy
notice.
This notice explains how information submitted through contura.au is handled. Last reviewed 19 August 2026.
Information we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, contact details, project suburb and postcode, project type, indicative budget, design stage, timing and project overview. The site also creates a one-way technical identifier from the submitting connection to help limit spam and abuse; the raw network address is not stored with the enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to assess project fit, respond to you, discuss potential services, keep appropriate business records and protect the website. Enquiries may be transferred into Contura’s internal lead-management system for follow-up.
Website measurement
If Google Analytics is enabled, the site records general interaction events such as form starts, successful enquiries and clicks on contact links. It is configured for site measurement rather than advertising personalisation. Do not include sensitive personal information in free-text project fields.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by providers used to host, secure and operate the website and business systems. We do not sell project enquiry information. We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and website security.
Storage, security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiry handling, business records, legal obligations and security.
Access, correction and questions
To ask about personal information held by Contura, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email jack@contura.au. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
