We talk through access, protection of the home, material lead times and use of other bathrooms before work begins. Timing and arrangements are agreed around the actual scope.

Do you take on single-bathroom renovations?
Yes. You can enquire about a single bathroom or ensuite. The $200k–$500k range discussed for our larger home renovations is not a minimum for bathroom work.
How much will my bathroom renovation cost?
We need to understand the room, proposed layout, condition and selections before giving project-specific pricing. Moving services, repairing existing damage and changing structure can affect the scope. You can enquire with a budget range or choose ‘Not sure yet’.
Do I need drawings before I contact you?
No. A short description of the room and the changes you want is enough to start a conversation. We will discuss whether drawings, specialist advice or further investigation are needed for your scope.
Can you include the kitchen or an extension?
Yes. Tell us about the full plan, even if the bathroom comes first. We can discuss combined kitchen and bathroom work, wider renovations and extensions, including larger projects around $200k–$500k.
